1. Stores Model
- Delivery Method: Scout manages deliveries for sellers using the "Stores" model. We partner with third-party shipping services to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
- Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on the seller's location and the shipping method chosen by the buyer.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are determined by Scout and are displayed during the checkout process.
- Tracking Orders: Buyers receive tracking information to monitor the status of their orders.
2. Showrooms Model
- Delivery Method: Sellers using the "Showrooms" model arrange deliveries directly with the buyer. Delivery methods may include self-delivery by the seller or third-party shipping services.
- Delivery Coordination: Buyers and sellers communicate directly to coordinate delivery details, including timing and location.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs, if applicable, are negotiated between the buyer and seller.
3. Custom Shops Model
- Delivery Method: Scout manages deliveries for sellers using the "Custom Shops" model. We arrange shipping based on the buyer's location and the nature of the customized product using third-party shipping services.
- Customization Completion: Sellers ensure that customized products are delivered promptly once customization is complete.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are determined by Scout and communicated to the buyer before payment.
4. Service Providers Model
- Service Delivery: Services booked through the "Service Providers" model are delivered directly by the service provider at the agreed-upon time and location.
- Appointment Scheduling: Buyers and service providers communicate directly to schedule appointments and coordinate service delivery.
- Service Area: Service providers specify their service area, and delivery methods may include on-site visits or virtual sessions.
5. Delivery Tracking and Updates
- Tracking Information: Scout provides tracking information for shipped products.
- Communication: Buyers and sellers are expected to communicate promptly regarding delivery updates or any delays.
