Location: Amman, Jordan | Full-Time
As our Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our marketing campaigns, increasing brand awareness, and helping women-led businesses shine. You’ll collaborate with various teams to create engaging content, manage social media platforms, and optimize digital strategies to grow Scout’s impact.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with Scout's mission. 
• Oversee social media management and content creation.
• Collaborate on SEO and SEM strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust tactics for maximum impact.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
• Passion for empowering women-led businesses and sustainability.

2. Sales Account Manager
Location: Amman, Jordan | Full-Time
We’re looking for a driven Sales Account Manager to join our team and help Scout expand its reach. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and working closely with sellers to ensure their success on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with Scout sellers and partners.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer support and ensure client satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in sales or account management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Passionate about supporting women-led businesses and promoting sustainability.
